Death of a Child.

  John Hurd, son of Burton O. and Bertha Hurd Nixon, of 2615 Seventh 
avenue, died at the home of the parents, of pneumonia, yesterday 
afternoon at 2 o'clock.  He was born in this city, February 13, 1916, 
and is survived by the parents, two brothers, Robert and Thomas, and 
one sister, Dorothy, all at home.  Funeral services will be held Monday 
afternoon at an hour to be announced later.

Funeral Notice.

  Funeral services of John H. Nixon, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Barton 
Nixon, will be held this afternoon at the home, 2615 Seventh avenue, at 
2:30 o'clock.  Burial at Oak Ridge cemetery.
