He was born in Ireland and was aged 66 years. He has lived in this city for the past fifty years. He was employed in the boiler shop of the Pennsy and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic church and the P.R.R. relief. He is survived by six brothers, all of this city. The funeral will be held from the Sacred Heart church tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be made in St. John's cemetery. Altoona Tribune, Friday morning, May 24, 1918, page 10
