Obenour, 217 Maple avenue, Fatally Burned by Gas Heater Flames Seated on a chair at her home Saturday afternoon, Marian Louise Obenour, aged 3, of 217 Maple avenue, had her dress ignited when a puff of air fanned a gas heater flame against her clothing, and she was so badly burned about the body that she died yesterday morning. The child suffered first, second and third degree burns of the entire right side. She also inhaled the flame. She died at 9.10 a.m. The child was the daughter of Homer and Grace Obenour, and was born September 25, 1915, at Martinsburg. Her parents and an infant sister, Evelyn, survive. The body was taken to Martinsburg yesterday for funeral service and burial. Altoona Tribune, Tuesday, February 11, 1919, page 10 MARTINSBURG.
