Oburn, formerly of 3530 Fort Roberdeau Ave. died at 3:50 p.m. yesterday, after a lengthy illness, in the Windsor nursing home, North Canton, Ohio, where she resided for the past nine months. She was born in Huntingdon County on April 13, 1874, a daughter of Homer and Emma (Smith) Oaks, and married Dr. Oburn, who died in August 1943. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Howard Hoke of Canton, Ohio; a sister, Miss Anna of Mechanicsburg; several nieces and a nephew. Mrs. Oburn was a member of the Eighth Avenue Methodist Church. Friends may call at the Lafferty Funeral Home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
