He was born in Newry on April 13, 1865, a son of Bernard and Matilda (Benton) O'Connor. Mr. O'Connor retired from the railroad company service in September, 1935, after forty-nine years' employment. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Drusilla (McDonald) O'Connor; three sons and three daughters, Bernard and Lloyd, at home, James O'Connor and Mrs. A. L. Good of Juniata, Mrs. J. W. Wetter of Philipsburg and Mrs. W. G. Stephens of Pittsburgh, eighteen grandchildren and one brother, Charles M. O'Connor of the city. Mr. O'Connor was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic church, Juniata. The body may be viewed at the home.
