MRS. MARGARET ANN ORR

Wife of Thomas K. Orr, died at her home, 1305 Sixth avenue at 9:30 this 
morning. While she had been in failing health for the past two years 
her condition was not regarded as serious until Thursday last when she 
sustained a paralytic stroke. This was followed by a second attack 
yesterday. The deceased was born February 28, 1853, being the daughter 
of Abraham and Rebecca Alloway. She was born at 1220 Sixth avenue, near 
the home where she died, and she lived in that vicinity her entire 
life. She was united in marriage in 1870 and besides her husband she is 
survived by two children, Mrs. William Dougherty of this city and Mrs. 
Frank Albright of Tyrone; also these brothers and sisters: James 
Alloway of Philadelphia; William Alloway of Los Angeles; Samuel Alloway 
of Altoona; Mrs. Kate Burnett of Altoona and Mrs. John Alloway of 
Chicago. She was a member of the Second Lutheran church.
