OSCHEA Of 305 7th St., died at 12 noon yesterday in Mercy Hospital, where he was admitted Sept. 9, after a brief illness. He was born in Altoona Nov. 5, 1896, a son of John and Margaret (Kelly) Oschea, and married Alma Boley, who died March 13, 1963. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Dorothy Parson[s] of San Bernardino, Calif., William J. of Altoona and Thomas P. of Ardsley; 10 grandchildren, his mother, of the city, and five sisters, Mrs. Edna Cuzzolina of Middletown, Mrs. Charlotte Snyder of Coraopolis, Mrs. Regina Powers of Brooklyn, Mrs. Alice Graham of New York City and Mrs. Margaret Riley of the city. He was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church and Holy Name Society and retired as a machinist for the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1960 after 51 years of service.
