He was born June 4, 1868, in Carson valley, the son of Samuel and Frances (Kuhn) Otto. His wife, Elizabeth (Bennett) Otto, died Dec. 12, 1942. Surviving are one son, William Otto and one daughter, Mrs. Arthur Pressler of Grazierville, where he resided; three step-children, Mrs. Millard Caber of Tyrone, Mrs. Louis Gregory of Harrisburg, Harry Bloom of Centre Hall; an adopted daughter, Rhule Bagly; five grandchildren and three sisters, Dora Otto of Tipton, Mrs. Lillian Reigh of Williamsburg and Mrs. Belle Fogle of Altoona. He was a member of the Methodist church and retired from the Pennsylvania railroad 25 years ago. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary, Bellwood, after 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. OTTO - Funeral services for David William Otto of Grazierville, near Tyrone, will be held at the Fuoss mortuary at 2 p.m. Monday with the Rev. E.Z. Utts in charge. Interment in Bellwood. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary after 2 p.m. Sunday.
