Mr. Otto retired as a teamster from the Warner Continental Trucking Co., Warren, in 1975, after 25 years' service. Prior to that, he was employed as a brakeman for the Pennsylvania Railroad for 10 years. He was born April 17, 1917, in Altoona, the son of William E. and Leota (Manspeaker) Otto, and Feb. 26, 1938, in Martinsburg, married Dorothea M. Dodson. Surviving are his wife, a son, Eugene Kenneth of Altoona; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also surviving are four sisters and a brother: Margarette Hughs of Altoona, Martha Ray of Tampa, Fla.; Zelda Vaughn of Rockville, Md.; Catherine Simpson of Indianapolis, Ind., and David of Wheaton, Md. Mr. Otto was a member of the Fourth Lutheran Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Carn-Lynch Funeral Home, and noon to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Fourth Lutheran Church. OTTO - Services for Eugene C. Otto of 3107 Walnut Ave. will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Fourth Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Philip S. Lambdin. Interment in Alto-Reste Park. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Carn-Lynch Funeral Home, Broad Avenue, and from noon until time of services Thursday in the church.
