He had been in his usual health during the winter and expired a few minutes after being stricken. Mr. Otto was a son of Samuel and Frances Anna (Kuhn) Otto and was born at Duncansville on Feb. 7, 1870. He retired from the Pennsylvania railroad service in the spring of 1937 after following the job of trackman for a period of forty years. He is survived by one brother, David Otto of Tyrone, and three sisters, Mrs. Lilly Reigh of Ganister, Mrs. J.W. Fogle of Altoona and Miss Dora Otto, at home. He was of the Methodist faith. Friends will be received at the home after 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. hand-dated 2/26 OTTO - Funeral services for Samuel Ellsworth Otto of Tipton will be conducted on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home. Interment will follow in Carson Valley cemetery.
