MRS. SUSAN JANE OTTO

Of Tipton, died at her home at 10.15 o'clock last night after having 
been ill for the past 10 years. She was born at Tipton July 3, 1883, a 
daughter of Zachary and Alice (McClellan) Taylor, and on Sept. 3, 1903, 
married Harry F. Otto, who preceded her in death. Surviving are the 
following children:  Mrs. Reba Hardy of Joppa, Md., Kenneth, Marian, 
Brinton and Merna, at the home; four grandchildren and one brother, 
James M. Taylor of Tipton. Mrs. Otto was a lifelong member of the Logan 
Valley Baptist church and a charter member of Pride of Bellwood 
council, Sons and Daughters of Liberty. Friends will be received at the 
home after noon tomorrow.
