At 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon Mrs. Mary Paisley, widow of Patrick Paisley, died at the residence of her son James, 1127 Second avenue, of disease incident to age, she having been 66 years old on the 11th of August last. The maiden name of the deceased was McLaughlin, and she was born in Waterstreet, Huntingdon county, but early in life went to Hollidaysburg. After the death of her husband, who passed away some twenty-seven years ago, she made her home with her son, at whose home she died. John, another son, resides in the west. One half-brother, Dennis McCauley, is a resident of Dayton, Ohio. Mrs. Paisley leaves six grand children, one of whom, James Ullery, belongs to the United States army and is on duty at Havana. Deceased was a consistent member of St. Mark's Roman Catholic church, where the funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 8.30 o'clock. The interment will be made in St. Mary's cemetery at Hollidaysburg. Morning Tribune, Monday, October 9, 1899
