Parsons died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. H. Lowe, 2906 West Chestnut avenue. The cause of death was a complication of diseases. The deceased was aged 74 years, 1 month and 28 days. Mrs. Parsons is survived by the following children: W. V. Parsons, of Duncansville; Mrs. J. H. Lowe, of this city, with whom she made her home; Mrs. Elmira C. Bretz, Mrs. Eleanor J. Casswell, Mrs. Amelia A Fishel, all of Altoona. She also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Swartz, of Newville, Cumberland county, and Isabel Senseman, of Mechanicsburg. Funeral services were conducted at her late home last evening, the clergyman officiating being Revs. J. F. Anderson and E. J. Metzler. The body will be taken to Duncansville this morning for interment to-morrow afternoon.
