MRS. ANNIE PARSONS

Widow of J. E. Parsons and both former residents here, died at her home 
in Cuyahoga Falls, OH., yesterday.  She was born in Chest Springs, 
Cambria county, a daughter of Thomas and Catherine Miller and was 92 
years of age last Feb. 27.  Mrs. Parsons had lived in the Ohio city the 
past 38 years.  She leaves two daughters, Misses Mary Catherine and 
Marian Gertrude Parsons, both at home and a foster daughter, Mrs. F. J. 
Hanly of Washington, D. C.  There are a considerable number of nephews 
and nieces residing in Altoona and vicinity.  The body is being brought 
to this city and friends will be received at the N. A. Stevens mortuary 
Thursday evening.
