Helen Anna, daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Seidel) Pfister, died at 7 o'clock last evening of endocarydis at the parental home, 510 Eighth street. The child was born on September 21, 1911, and attended the St. Mary's parochial school and St. Mary's Catholic church. She is survived by her parents, two sisters, Martha and Elizabeth, and one brother, Robert. Funeral arrangements will be made later. Altoona Tribune, Wednesday morning, June 5, 1918, page 9 ATTEND FUNERAL MASS St. Mary's Parochial School Closed Yesterday While Students Pay Last Respects The funeral mass over the remains of Helen Anna Pfister, who died on Monday evening at the parents' home at 510 Eighth street, which was held yesterday morning in St. Mary's Catholic church was attended in a body by her former school mates, the students of St. Mary's parochial school, which was closed that they might attend. The school girls attending the requiem mass, which was held at 9 o'clock, were attired in white dresses, while the boys wore dark trousers and white blouses.
