MRS. SUSAN JANE PHILIPS

Died at the home of her brother, Abram Philips of near Tipton, Thursday 
night, of affection of the spine, after a very long and painful illness.  
She was 40 years of age and was a member of the Baptist church.  The funeral 
took place at 10 o'clock this morning.  Services were conducted by Rev. C. 
A. Walker.
