Plack, of this place, died on Tuesday, 22d inst., aged 42 years. He served in the three months' service, and afterwards joined Company H, under Capt. Crozier, 62d Pennsylvania Regiment. He took a fever, and was some months in the hospital, after which he returned home. He continued sick until relieved by death. He was buried on Wednesday, in the Lutheran cemetery, after the usual service by the Rev. Mr. Schindler. Democratic Standard, Hollidaysburg, Pa., Wednesday, July 30, 1862
