HANDFORD POWELL.

  Handford Powell, an aged resident of the Third ward, died at the residence 
of his son-in-law, P. W. Becker, 1206 Eighteenth avenue, Monday of a 
congestive chill.  The deceased was born in Perry county, 69 years ago.  He 
had been employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad company as a painter.
