He was born at Cessna, Sept. 28, 1889, a son of Harry and Annie (Reininger) Pressel, and married Hattie Stiffler July 26, 1908, in the Potter Creek Lutheran church. Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Violet Heuston of Wilmington, Del., and Mrs. Filer with whom he had resided for the past four years; one grand-daughter, Jean Heuston; one brother and two sisters, Mrs. Della Harclerode of Woodbury, Clay of Hollidaysburg and Mrs. Lottie Brown of Martinsburg, R.D. Mr. Pressel was of the Brethren faith and retired in 1952 as a carbuilder in the Second street shops after 26 years of service. Friends will be received at the Replogle funeral home after 7 o'clock tomorrow evening.
