PRICE Died of paralysis at the home of her daughter, Mrs. David Shultzaberger, 2321 Fourth avenue, at 7 o'clock Saturday evening. The deceased was born June 6, 1835, in Huntingdon county, her maiden name being Staynes. She was married in November, 1851, at Orbisonia, to Levi B. Price, who died in April, 1899. She is survived by eight children: A. V., J. C., W. I., and A. M., of Altoona; Mrs. John Boyles, Pittsburg; Marshal H., of Pittsburg; Rev. E. B. Price, of Lancaster, and Mrs. Shultzaberger, at whose home she died. She is survived by twenty-nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Sarah Piper, of Williamsburg; Mrs. Agnes Bush, Greentop, Mo.; Mrs. Jane Wier, Sinking Valley; Mrs. Lydia Stine, of Huntingdon; John Stayes [sic], of Greencastle; David Staynes, of Wampum, Pa., and George Staynes, of Morrill, Kan. The funeral will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. Services in Chestnut Avenue Methodist church. Interment in Fairview cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Monday, September 25, 1899, page 8
