MRS. RESSIE BENNETT PRICE
Widow of Chauncey S. Price of Mount Union, died at her home at 15 Pennsylvania
avenue Saturday morning at 5.15 o'clock after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Price was
born in Mount Union June 18, 1887, a daughter of Harvey and Margaretta Dean
Bennett. She was married June 20, 1920. Mr. Price died May 10, 1950. Mrs. Price
was a member of the Evangelical Lutheran church, organist of the church for 35
years, member of Mountainview Rebekah lodge 224 and the Women's Twentieth
Century club. Surviving are three sisters and one brother, Mrs. John Robley of
Cleveland, O., Mrs. Mamie Foreman of Mount Union, Mrs. Nettie Showalter of
Huntingdon and Frank A. Bennett of Philadelphia. A number of nephews and nieces
also survive. Friends will be received at the home after 6 o'clock this evening.
