Prim, of Fifth avenue between Eighth and Ninth streets, died at his home at about 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon. For a long time he has suffered of Bright's disease of the kidneys, which affected his eyes, nearly destroying his sight. About two weeks since he visited Philadelphia, where a physician told him to return home, as he was incurable. A few days after he took to his bed, never to rise again. Deceased was about 33 years, and was employed as a watchman at the lower shops. A few years since he married Miss Annie Reed, of Duncansville, who survives him. He was a consistent member of the Third Methodist Church, and also of the Altoona Lodge of Odd Fellows and of the Mountain City Band, both of which latter organizations will attend the funeral in a body.
