All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _______________________________________________ PRYOR Miss [sic] Helen Fulton Pryor died at her home in the Wilson building in Tyrone yesterday morning at 1.35 o'clock, death being caused by influenza. She was the wife of Edward V. Pryor, superintendent of the Home Electric Light company and was born in Philadelphia on Aug. 7, 1885, and was united in marriage to Mr. Pryor on June 8, 1914, and came to Tyrone on Jan. 1, 1917. She spent practically all her life in Philadelphia, where she was a member of the First Presbyterian church. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Emma McConnell, and the following brothers and sister: Robert B. and A. Gordon of Philadelphia, Warren R. in a base hospital in France recovering from machine gun bullet wounds, and Ruth of Philadelphia. The body was sent to Philadelphia yesterday afternoon at 3.50 o'clock and the funeral services will be held at the home of her mother, 914 South St. Bernard street, this afternoon.
