She was born in Martinsburg June 28, 1838, and in 1854 was married to George Puderbaugh, who died in 1882. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren at Martinsburg, a kind and loving mother, a devout Christian woman, giving liberally to missions and all good causes. Surviving are these children: D. C. Puderbaugh, of Eldorado; Mrs. Margaret Kyler, at home; Mrs. Anna C. Harvat, of Denver, Col.; Miss Laura Puderbaugh, of Chicago; Edward, of Kenilworth, Utah; Mrs. Mary Burget, of Oak Park, Ill.; six sisters: Mrs. Margaret. Ebersole, Mrs. Anna Wineland and Mrs. Hattie Brittain, of Dallas Centre, Iowa; Mrs. Mary Fahrney and Mrs. Christie A. Myers, of Chicago, Mrs. Lydia Donelson, of Saxton; twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Church of the Brethren at Martinsburg at 10 o'clock Tuesday morning; interment in Fairview cemetery, Martinsburg. Friends will kindly omit flowers.
