Mrs. Mary Schlick Quinn, widow of the late James Quinn, died at 12:05 o'clock yesterday morning at her residence, 1209 Sixteenth street. She was aged 82 years and 9 months and was born in Dahn, Rhinefals, Bavaria, Germany. She came to this country with her parents in 1848, when they settled in Hollidaysburg and came to Altoona in 1883. She was married to James Quinn April 15, 1855 and is survived by nine children, twenty-one grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Julia Dieffenbacker. She was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic church where requiem mass will be read Monday morning at 9:30 followed by interment in St. Mary's cemetery, Hollidaysburg.
