Death of an Estimable Lady.

  Miss A. Winnifred Ramey, daughter of Sanford D. Ramey, departed this 
life at her father's residence, in Bellwood, at 11.45 Tuesday night, 
aged 17 years, 9 months and 5 days.  The funeral services will be held 
in the Bellwood Lutheran church at 10 o'clock on Friday morning, after 
which interment will be made in the Logan Valley cemetery.  Winnie was 
born in Sinking Valley and at an early age connected herself with the 
Lutheran church of which denomination she was a member when the death 
angel called.  Even at the last moment, when she realized that she must 
answer the summons, she exclaimed, "I leave my earthly friends to go to 
my Heavenly Father."  She was universally esteemed and many are those 
who mourn her loss.
