RAMEY Husband of Mary (Ritchey) Ramey of Martinsburg, died yesterday morning at 11.50 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nellie Showalter of Martinsburg, where he has made his home for the past 19 years. He was born in Indiana county May 9, 1858, the son of Frank and Sarah (Fleck) Ramey. He was married to Mary Ritchey, Aug. 25, 1885, at East Freedom. Surviving are his wife, four children, Mrs. Nellie Showalter of Martinsburg, Mrs. John Raffensparger, Mrs. George Myers and Lloyd Ramey, all of Altoona; 13 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren, one brother, Russell of Brookville, Pa., and four sisters, Mrs. Jennie Hatlick of Harmony, Pa., Mrs. Kathryn Kresley of Big Run, Pa., Mrs. Charlotte Fleck of Sinking valley and Mrs. Musselman of Altoona. He was a member of the Martinsburg Gibson Memorial Presbyterian church. Friends may call at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nellie Showalter of Martinsburg. Ramey of Martinsburg will be held Thursday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Nellie Showalter in charge of Rev. Sterling P. Martz.
