RARE CHANCE FOR SPECULATION VALUABLE FARM AT PUBLIC SALE Owing to the decease of the owner the subscribers are authorized to sell at Public Sale or Outcry, on the premises in sinking Valley, Blair county, Pa., on SATURDAY, August 12th, 1865, that well-known Mansion Farm of which Frederick Ramey died seized, containing about 350 acres, nearly one-half of which is cleared, under good fence, and in a high state of cultivation, with a good House, Wood House, and all other necessary outbuildings thereon erected. Also, good running water for stock and several never-failing springs of soft water on the premises. This land is the best of meadow land. There is also nearly three hundred Choice Fruit Trees on the premises. This land is in the famous Lead Mining District in Tyrone township, has the very best of surface indications of the presence of lead, and is adjoining to and partly surrounded by the lands of a Lead and Zinc Company now operating in said valley. Sale to commence at 1 o'clock P.M. of said day. TERMS OF SALE. - One third the purchase money within one week after the confirmation of sale, and the balance in two equal annual payments, with interest, to be secured by the bonds and mortgage of the purchaser.
