DEATH OF AN ESTIMABLE LADY. - We regret to announce the death of the
wife of Capt. Daniel K. Ramey, of this place, which occurred on Monday
afternoon last, after a painful illness of several weeks' duration.
Mrs. Ramey was about 52 years old, a most estimable wife, mother, and
neighbor, with a heart open as day to melting charity.  We are told
she bore her great suffering with exemplary fortitude and patience,
and never for a moment lost her faith in a bright and glorious future.
We deeply sympathize with the bereaved husband and children in their
great affliction. - Standard.
