Mr. Ramey was formerly a resident of this place, but for a number of years has resided in Hayes City, Kan. He was a member of the Masonic order, and their appreciation of him as a brother was revealed by the fact that three of his brother members were appointed to accompany the body of the deceased and his wife and child from their western home to Williamsburg, and assisted in his burial. Other members of the order from Altoona, Hollidaysburg and Williamsburg were in attendance, and the ceremony of the order was beautifully observed at the grave in the Presbyterian cemetery. Mr. Ramey, besides his wife and child, leaves to mourn their loss, his aged mother, Mrs. Harris, and five sisters, Mrs. Wm. Eicholtz, Mrs. Wm. Smith and Mrs. J. D.
