LOCAL ITEMS IN BRIEF.

  An Italian named Zabastian Rauch died at the hospital at 8 o'clock 
this morning of congestion of the lungs.  Deceased is said to have one 
brother.  He will be buried tomorrow morning at 7:30 in St. John's 
cemetery.
