MARGARET EMMA REED Wife of Allen Reed died at her home, 3215 Walnut avenue, at 8:45 o'clock last night of heart trouble after a number of years illness. She had been bedfast for the past three months. Mrs. Reed was born in Antis township, March 8, 1859, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Reigh, and was twice married, first to Philip Rupp and then after his death to Allen Reed. Surviving are her husband and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Alice Hart, William S. Rupp, Claud E. Rupp, Paul C. Rupp all of this city. Charles Rupp of Akron, Ohio and Mrs. Myrtle Madison of Birmingham, and two step-children, Mrs. Bertha Wissinger and James D. Reed of this city. Two brothers and one sister, Harvey Reigh of Antis, Frank of Bellwood, and Mrs. Sally Olsen of Miami, Fla., eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive. She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance church. The body may be viewed at the Stevens mortuary where funeral activities will be held Sunday afternoon. Interment will be made in Carson Valley cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., July 26, 1929
