SAMUEL C. REED

Of 213 Newry street, Hollidaysburg, died Sunday morning at 10.45 o'clock 
at the Mercy hospital in Altoona.  He was a son of Alexander and Barbara 
Reed and was born at Broad Top, Huntingdon county, April 16, 1861.  
Surviving are these children: Mrs. Thomas Harker of Huntingdon, Mrs. 
Albert Henry and Percy Reed, both of Hollidaysburg, and Dorsey Reed of 
Geeseytown, and twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-five great-
grandchildren.  Friends will be received at the Wolf funeral home in 
Hollidaysburg after 6 o'clock this evening.

REED - Funeral services for Samuel C. Reed of 213 Newry street, 
Hollidaysburg, will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the 
Wolf funeral home.  Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery in 
Hollidaysburg.  Friends will be received at the funeral home after 6 
o'clock this evening.
