Morris L. Reese
OWNER OF REESE'S MARKET, BALD EAGLE
 
  Morris L. Reese, 84, of Bald Eagle, R. D. 3, Box 210, Tyrone died at 
6:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 19, 1993, at the Tyrone Hospital after a 
lengthy illness.  He was born September 19, 1908, in Tyrone, the son of 
Charles and Mintie C. (Lawton) Reese.  He was married October 08, 1939, 
at Houtzdale to Elnora (Norie) Randolf.  He is survived by his wife and 
five children:  Barbara Loner, R. D. 3, Tyrone; Paul C. Reese, Warriors 
Mark; Marguerite Wolford, Tyrone; Ethel B. Hodge, Eugene, Oregon and 
Nellie T. Reese, Altoona, Pa.  He was preceded in death by two 
brothers, Homer and Lynn, and one sister, Dorothy Green.  He attended 
the Bald Eagle Methodist Church.  He was a lifetime member of the 
Hookies Fire Company and the Tyrone Moose Lodge #25.  He was also a 
life member of the Bald Eagle Fire Company.  Morris and his wife have 
been co-owners of Reese's Meat Market in Bald Eagle since 1940.  
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 22, 1993, at 11 a.m. at the 
Bald Eagle Methodist Church with the Reverend Dale Parker officiating.  
Interment will be in the Bald Eagle Cemetery.  Friends will be received 
at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc. on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and 
one hour before the service at the Bald Eagle Church on Saturday.
