REESE A civil war veteran, died yesterday afternoon of cholera morbus at his home in Collinsville. He was born Sept. 28, 1845, at Columbia, Pa., and came to this vicinity fifty years ago. He was for a long time engaged in the tinning business but for a number of years up to the time of his death was employed in the shops of the Pennsylvania Railroad company. He was a member of the Lutheran church, of the Altoona Conclave, Improved Order of Heptasophs, and of William Thaw council, Junior Order United American Mechanics, Pittsburgh, a council named after the father of Harry K. Thaw. Besides his widow, the deceased is survived by one son, E. B. Reese, of Chicago, and three sisters. The funeral services will be held at the home at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
