He was born Aug. 15, 1881, at Baker Summit, the son of Westley S. and Harriet (Mock) Reffner. Surviving are his wife and these children: Meldae P., wife of Clarence S. Dick, Florence G., wife of A. Robert Stirk, both of Hollidaysburg; these sisters and brothers, Mrs. Samuel Gray of Hollidaysburg, Daniel, William and Lyman, all of Roaring Spring, and Chester of McKee; one grandson, Donald W. Dick of Altoona. Mr. Reffner retired from the service of the Pennsylvania Railroad company seven years ago with 37 years' service. Friends will be received at the Creamer, VanAllman and Plank funeral home in Hollidaysburg after 7 o'clock this evening.
