Obituary.

Our esteemed fellow-citizen, Casper Reigel, mourns the loss of a
beloved wife, and his seven sons a devoted mother.  High mass will be
held in the St. Mary's Catholic church to-morrow morning at nine
o'clock.

Death of Mrs. Casper Reigel,

Mrs. Reigel, wife of Casper Reigel, a well-known citizen residing on
Sixth avenue, between Eleventh and Twelfth streets, died about 1
o'clock Thursday afternoon.  Mrs. Reigel was the mother of eight boys,
seven of whom are living, the oldest being about 14 years of age.
High mass will be celebrated over the remains in the German Catholic
Church at 9 o'clock on Saturday morning.  The funeral will proceed to
St. John's cemetery.
