Virginia M. Reighard

  Mrs. Virginia Mae Reighard, 1053 Pennsylvania Avenue, Tyrone, died 
Monday at 11 a.m. at Tyrone Hospital, after a lengthy illness.  She was 
born March 15,1914, in Sinking Valley, a daughter of John and Belle 
(Frye) Bailey.  She was twice married, first to Ernest L. Bonsell.  He 
died in March of 1943. In 1961, she was married to Edward Reighard.  
Surviving are the husband, a son and a daughter, Ernest Bonsell, of 
Sinking Valley and Mrs. Norma J. Magoon, of Seattle, Wash.: four 
grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Gwendolyn Ghaner, of Stormstown, and 
Mrs. Margaret Skiles, of Bayard, West Virginia.  She was of the United 
Methodist faith.  Funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at 
the Johnson Funeral Home, Tyrone, in charge of the Reverend Melvin 
Miles. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, Tyrone.  Friends will be 
received at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on 
Thursday from 10 a.m. until the service.
