EAST SHARPSBURG SCRAPS.

  Mrs. Regina F. Reik died of diabetes at her home at East Sharpsburg, 
Saturday morning at 5 o'clock.  The deceased was born in Germany and 
was aged 51 years, 10 months and 3 days.  Her husband, John Reik, died 
several years ago.  She leaves to mourn her their loss three children, 
viz.: John, Regina and Marie, all at home.  Funeral services were 
conducted by Rev. E. M. Beck on Sunday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock.  
Interment in the Union cemetery at this place.
