Rhine Died at 8:30 o'clock yesterday morning, at the residence of her son, George W. Rhine, 329 Fourth avenue, of heart failure. Deceased was born at Waterloo, Juniata county, September 30, 1832, and was consequently in her 70th year. Mrs. Rhine came to this city in 1868 and here her husband died on November 25, 1877. Since that time she has made her home with her son at whose residence she died. She was the mother of five children, two of whom preceded her to the grave, the surviving ones being Geo. W. Rhine, the well-known planing mill proprietor and contractor of the city, Mrs. Amanda Groninger and Mrs. Annie Hacket, both of Juniata county. Mrs. Rhine was an earnest Christian lady and a member of the Second Lutheran church of this city. The funeral will take place at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Interment in Fairview cemetery.
