RHODES Of 706 High street, Hollidaysburg, was found dead in bed at his home at 8.30 o'clock yesterday morning. He was born May 10, 1870, at Huston Township, a son of William and Sarah (Smith) Rhodes. Surviving are the following sons and daughters: George W. Rhodes of Lakemont Terrace; Mrs. Marie Reynolds of Hollidaysburg; James E. of Hollidaysburg, Harry L. of Brookes Mills; Rev. H. Luther Rhodes of Washington, D.C., Mrs. Elizabeth Acosta, of Reading and Harold of Towson, Md.; one brother, William Rhodes, and one sister, Mrs. Orville Snively of Altoona; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Rhodes was a member of the Maccabees and of the Lutheran faith. Friends will he received at the Creamer, VanAllman & Plank Funeral home, Hollidaysburg, after 7 o'clock this evening. RHODES - Funeral services for Harry M. Rhodes of 706 High street, Hollidaysburg, will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Creamer, VanAllman & Plank funeral home, Hollidaysburg, in charge of Rev. E. N. Bauer.
