MRS. SARAH RHODES

Died at her home, 806 Twentieth street, at 2:45 Sunday afternoon, of a 
tumor, from which she had been suffering for the past sixteen years.  
The deceased was born January 23, 1849, in this county.  She was a 
faithful member of Christ Reformed church, and was a regular attendant, 
as long as her health permitted.  Besides her husband, she is survived 
by the following brothers and sisters: M. G. Lingenfelter, Mrs. 
Margaret Downs, Mrs. Annie Downs, all of this city, and Mrs. Ellen 
Hopfer of Portage.  The funeral services will be conducted at her late 
residence Tuesday afternoon at 2:30.  Interment will follow in Rose 
Hill cemetery.
