RICE Died unexpectedly at his home, 205 Logan boulevard, Saturday evening at 9.30 o'clock. He was born Oct. 8, 1889, at Montpelier, Vt., a son of Wilbur A. and Sarah J. (Beech) Rice. He was married to Margaret C. Canan and was employed by the Pennsylvania railroad as a storekeeper. Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Mary Louise Seward of Farmington, N.M.; one granddaughter, Margaret Jane Seward; and a sister, Mrs. W. W. Wertz of Johnson City, N.Y. Mr. Rice was a member of the Llyswen Methodist church, Logan lodge, F. and A. M. 490, Harrisburg consistory and Jaffa Shrine. Friends may call at the Lafferty funeral home.
