GERALD GLENN RICHARDS 

  Gerald Glenn Richards, 37, of Tartaglio's Personal Care Home in 
Altoona died Wednesday evening, Feb. 12, 2003 at the facility after a 
lengthy illness.
  He was born May 24, 1965 in Tyrone, a son of Howard T. Richards, 
deceased, and Helen R. Garber.
  He was married to Terri Yeager of Sarasota, Fla.
  He is survived by his wife and four sons, Gerald Jr., Justin, Michael 
and Jeffrey of Sarasota; his mother, Helen R. Richards of 
Hollidaysburg; two sisters, Darlene Fagan of Altoona and Melissa Cowfer 
of Tyrone; two brothers, James H. Richards of Tyrone and John P. 
Richards of Altoona; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a 
special friend, Mary Robenolt of Tyrone.
  He was a member of the Tyrone Bible Baptist Church and a graduate of 
Altoona High School. He had served in the National Guard, Altoona.
  He was last employed at Mario's Pizza Palace in Tyrone.
  There will be no public viewing.
  A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003 at 11 a.m. at 
the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone with Rev. Roy H. Hunter 
officiating.
