SARA JANE RICHARDSON Mrs. Sara Jane Richardson, died at 4:15 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home at Hill Top of pneumonia. She was born on September 16, 1844 and was thus aged 74 years, 3 months and 10 days. The deceased is survived by her husband, William Richardson and several children. Her former home was at Williamsburg and her maiden name was Miss Sara Sorrick. The funeral arrangements have not been made and will be announced later. Mrs. Sarah Jane Richardson, wife of William Richardson, died at 4:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 615 Logan avenue, South Lakemont. She had been in poor health for a number of years, having sustained a paralytic stroke some twenty-two years ago which left her an invalid. Deceased was the son of George W. and Nancy Sorrick, late of Woodbury township, and was born on September 26, 1844 near Williamsburg. She was a devoted and consistent Christian woman, being a life long member of the Lutheran church. She united with the church when 12 years of age. She is survived by her husband and four children: Aden S., of Pittsburg; Nora J., at home; Mrs. Clara Ayres, of Harrisburg, and G. Ross, of South Lakemont. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great- grandchild. She was the oldest of five children, a sister, Mrs. Daniel Snively, having preceded her to the grave several years ago. The following brothers and one sister survive: J. C. Sorrick, Williamsburg; A. C. Sorrick, Juniata, and Mrs. D. H. Rhule, Williamsburg. The funeral arrangements will be announced later.
