ROBERTS Of 1404 Blair Ave., Tyrone, died at 11.38 p.m. yesterday in the Philipsburg Hospital after an extended illness. She was born at Brisbin Oct. 5, 1914, a daughter of Harry and Catherine (Evans) Bateman, and Jan. 23, 1937, in Altoona married Raymond G. Roberts. Surviving are her husband, two sons, R. Gerald of New Wilmington and William at home; one grandson, and four brothers and sisters, Robert of Brisbin, Howard of Girard, Mrs. Ruth Batchelor of Mechanicsburg and Mrs. Catherine Laub of Philadelphia. Mrs. Roberts was a member of the First Methodist Church Joy Bible Class, a past president of the Tyrone Band Mothers and had been employed in the cafeterias of the Tyrone Area schools. Friends will he received in the Graham & Getz. Funeral Home, Tyrone, after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
