Robinson died at the home of her father, Mr. James Robinson, after a lingering illness at 12 o'clock m. [sic] on Monday. She had been afflicted with consumption, but was taken seriously ill only about six weeks ago. She was born in Chester county, Pa., in 1848, and came to this county with her father about twenty years ago and had been a resident of Hollidaysburg about seventeen years. She leaves surviving her, besides her father, six sisters and one brother. Two of these, Mrs. W. Friley and Mrs. Joseph Rilison, live in Altoona and two, Mrs. Sylvester Butler and Mrs. Albert Houpt, live in Hollidaysburg. Altoona Tribune, Altoona, Pa., Thursday, January 10, 1889, page 7
