Born in Hollidaysburg June 11, 1870, she was the daughter of George and Elizabeth Helsel. She resided in Altoona since childhood. Her husband, Blair Rodkey, died 21 years ago. Members of the family include one sister, Mrs. Margaret Glasgow, of Altoona, and a half-brother, Al Helsel of Hopewell. Mrs. Rodkey was of the Methodist faith and a member of camp No. 49, P.O. of A. RODKEY - Funeral services for Mrs. Blanche Rodkey of 1115 Fifth avenue will be held at 2.30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Gilden funeral home by Rev. William M. Taylor of the First Methodist church. Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery. The body may be viewed at the Gilden funeral home.
