SARAH RODKEY, Widow of James Rodkey, died at 5 o'clock last evening at the home of her sister, Mrs. Louisa Cobler, 1910 Fourth avenue, of a complication of diseases. Deceased was born at St. Clairsville, Bedford county, on November 3, 1845, and was married on April 8, 1875, to James Rodkey, who preceded her to the grave some fifteen years ago. She was a member of the First Lutheran church and had resided in this city for a number of years. She is survived by two children, Charles C. and Joseph M., both of this city; also by five sisters - Mrs. Carrie Shimer and Mrs. Margaret Little of Bedford, Mrs. Thomas Moore, Mrs. Louisa Cobler and Miss Tillie Carver of Altoona. The remains can be viewed from 4 to 10 o'clock this evening. The funeral will take place at 2:30 on Saturday afternoon, public services to be conducted at the house and private interment in Fairview cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., Friday, April 12, 1907
