John Lowe Rogers was born on March 4, 1913, in Altoona, the son of William J. Rogers and Lydia J. (Lowe) Rogers, deceased, the mother dying four years ago. Surviving are the father and five brothers and one sister, as follows: William, Francis and Joseph, all in the United States service, Paul and Thomas and Helen, all at home.
